Mininterview with Ilse Barlow

Just to know some of the DNN Experts on this site, we introduce a mininterview. A short list with questions and answers about the Expert and his DNN. This interview is done with Ilse Barlow, you can find her profile here

Where are you from?
I am born in Deventer, The Netherlands and I am still living and working there. Together with Geoff we run our company from our office in Deventer. 

What was the first DNN version you are working with?
Ooee…let me think…that must have been 5 or 6. 

What is the DNN project (public url) where you are the most proud of?
That is a difficult one…i think most of all sites we did i’m proud of. Recently i have been working allot on caretomove.nl for design, content and SEO and www.swooties.com. The skin was done by Geoff, and i have done the Look and feel of the sites, like the layouts, pictures and logo designs. 

Which module do you like the most?
I am a great fan of Open Content from Sacha Trauwen. I call him the Open Content God haha. He has created a way to make websites very user friendly for our clients. I like using, implementing and tweeking it a bit. Of course there are more great modules outthere to use, but with Open Content i am most comfortable. 

What would be your wish for DNN (f.i. extension, function)?
For now i think it would be nice to have a better editor. Mostly i am very satisfied with DNN. But then im the designer that comes up with ideas for our sites, so all the technical stuff is basically up to Geoff  ;)

Are you visiting DNN related events? If Yes, what was the last one and what did you remember of that event?
I attended Spain 2017. Good talks with colleges in the field! I mostly remember the Poster sessions, I was asked to present. That was a great laugh!!
